STAKEHOLDERS WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS THE PROPOSED CCP DRAFT BILL

The Institute of Credit Management Kenya (ICM-K) is a Kenyan based professional body founded on 8th June, 2001 to promote professionalism in Credit Management. It is registered under the societies Act Cap 108 of the laws of Kenya.

The Institute has come up with a draft bill to regulate the credit profession. The draft bill can be accessed online via www.icmkenya.co.ke/downloads A stakeholder’s validation workshop has been scheduled for Wednesday 27th March 2019, at KASNEB TOWERS, Off Hospital Road, Nairobi from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

Stakeholders are invited to send one representative to the workshop. Views can be forwarded in writing 7 days before the workshop date, or submitted during the workshop.
